Hebrew to English Short Project - Literary and Scholarly Texts (before mid-September 2021)

I am interested in having two documents translated, both from Hebrew into English. The first document is a short text from a story for children from around 1920, and the other is a scholarly article. I'm ideally looking for a translator with a literary/academic background to ensure they understand these unique texts and can roughly translate them into American Standard English. I don't have a large budget (sorry I wish I did), but the translations don't need tp be super polished at all, just "good enough" for me to refer to for my research for a book project.
