Gujarati translation and record

Hi everyone,
For the birthday occasion of a friend who is Gujarati, I'd like to makes a short speech in her native language. It is really small but I know it will mean a lot to her.
I'm looking for someone who could translate what I already wrote in English to Gujarati. No need to even write in script, only transliteration is needed.
And pleaae send me a voice recording of the proper way it should be said and pronunced.
