German Subtitle Correction -- 5
Budget: £10 – £40 GBP
We are a documentary distributor looking for a freelancer to proofread and correct, where necessary, a German subtitle file. It has already been machine-translated, but needs significant finessing to remove glaring grammatical errors and make sure it reads fluently. It doesn't need to be perfect - it just has to be reasonably fluent and human sound. Ideally, you will be a fluent or native German speaker and fluent in English.
We will also ask you to check and correct the subtitles for the film's trailer and the translation of its (brief) synopsis. You will be granted access to our YouTube studio to watch these videos and make the necessary corrections.
The full film is ninety minutes long, but there isn't actually very much text in it. For that reason, we will be paying £40 for the project.
It is quite urgent, and so we would like to have the film back as soon as possible. If you do a good job, we are likely to give you more work of this kind in the future. Let us know if you are interested!
