German to Spanish Document Translation

We are looking for a skilled candidate to assist with Language Translation for a traditional annotation project
We are looking for candidates with language expertise in Translating the text from German to Spanish, French to Spanish. Candidate should have good command over reading and writing skills
Project Objectives:
This task contains Paragraphs of text which need to be translated and select the correct translation or write the correct translation as per the guidelines provided.
Ideal Skills:
Language expertise with good reading and writing skills
Able to translate chunks of text
Multilingual as for the requirement
Things required:
Laptop with good internet connection
Process document will be shared later
Milestones:
Minimum 4 questions per hour with AHT of 14 mins/Question
Quality should be 95%+
1 hour classroom training
** Classroom training payout will only be done if the Freelancer works on live task and achieves the above milestones
** If any of the milestones are not met payout will not be made
