Full time VA or translator AUD$2/hr 40 hrs a week, 8 hrs a day

I need a dependable VA preferably native-level Chinese speaker who can devote 40 hours every week (8 hours a day) to help my small Australian business run smoothly for AUD $2 per hour. The role mixes translation, live interpretation, office admin and customer support.

Day-to-day you will:
• Interpret verbally during Zoom or phone calls with suppliers and customers.
• Localise and translate website copy, product pages and internal documents between English and Chinese, keeping tone and SEO in mind.
• Handle office admin—data entry, spreadsheet upkeep, simple bookkeeping, order processing and calendar coordination.
• Reply to customer emails, chats and social posts in both languages, resolving issues quickly and politely.

Our tools include Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Zoom, Trello and Shopify; please be comfortable picking them up fast. A stable internet connection and a quiet space with a headset are essential.
