French natives for EN-FR sub translation

I have timed English subtitles, and I need French translations that reflect the English and fit the space and time restrictions. The timing should not be edited.
The text itself is quite easy, it's a reality show, but I need someone used to hear American English (because the transcript is not perfect), and I need someone able to rephrase and shorten, because of the subtitling restrictions.
A CAT tool should be used (I'll share the translation memory I have so far, which will save you 10-20% work per episode), but machine translation cannot be used.
Please confirm:
- Your proficiency in French and English,
- The software you would use for such a job,
- Your experience in subtitling (or translation), and
- Your rate per minute of video (expect 100-150 words per minute)
If your profile is chosen, I will send you a template (both English and French) so that you know what is expected of you, and a short excerpt for evaluation purposes.
I have many episodes in store for you if the work is good.
Beware, applications written in English will be ignored, French only.
