Canadian youth aged 20-35 with a passion for education, adventure and service.
WHEN
The program begins in October 2022 and runs for 8 months.
WHAT
Cultural enrichment & training retreats and an 8 month, paid service trip to northern Indigenous communities.

2 WEEK NORTHERN TEAM BUILDING RETREAT
Spend three weeks at a beautiful eco retreat in preparation for your trek north! Develop leadership skills. Immerse yourself in nature at our stunning Riverstone. Retreat campus in Southern Ontario. Take part in drumming circles, wood fired saunas, telescope viewing, campfires, training for your service components, cultural safety training, and more.
8 MONTHS OF REMOTE TRAVEL
Spend 8 months living in remote communities in Canada during the service portion of the program which will include working alongside Indigenous high school level youth, tutoring in high school courses supporting their efforts at graduation.
PAID EXPERIENCE
Participants will receive an honourarium of $1000/wk, all travel and accommodation costs are covered.
