French and Spanish Translations Needed

Transform Health advocates for equitable, inclusive, and sustainable transformation of digital health to ensure that it improves health outcomes for all, especially the marginalised communities such as youth and women. To accelerate progress towards universal health coverage, gender must be integrated into the digital health ecosystem. To further this effort, Transform Health has led the development of a policy brief ‘Establishing Gender Equitable Foundations for Digital Health Transformation to Advance Universal Health Coverage’, which addresses the key challenges and opportunities to ensure gender equity is central to the digital transformation of health systems, towards achieving UHC goals.
We are seeking an experienced translator to accurately translate this policy brief from English into French and Spanish. The policy brief is intended for distribution across various regions, and the translations should ensure clarity, cultural appropriateness, and consistency with the original document’s tone and style.
Expected duration:
These services should be completed between ~13 November and 18 November 2024
Scope of Work
1. Translation – Translate the policy brief from English into:
a. French
b. Spanish
2. Quality Assurance – Ensure high quality and accuracy by:
a. Conducting a thorough review of the translated documents to maintain the integrity of key terminology.
b. Ensuring the translations are contextually appropriate and linguistically accurate.
c. Conduct a site-assessment to improve flow and navigation across the website especially given the new direction of restructuring the website.
3. Formatting – Deliver the translated documents in a format consistent with the original, including headings, footnotes, and document structure.

1. A finalised French version of the policy brief.
2. A finalised Spanish version of the policy brief.
