Fix characters and diacritics in a list of Turkish names -- 2

I have 1500 Turkish female names, 1503 Turkish male names and 3000 Turkish surnames.
I need someone to translate these into their Turkish form.

For example:
Gulsum --> Gülsüm
Gokhan --> Gökhan
Ozturk --> Öztürk
