Finnish writer/translator/proofreader(basic swedish required

You are a native Finnish speaker (It is an advantage if you understand Swedish on a basic level).

I need help with:

1) Translate docs from Swedish or English to Finnish (Can be done in Google translate)
2) Proofread the doc in Finnish.
3) Edit so the text flows.
4) Add some keywords here and there.
