Financial Consent Order Drafting
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a professional to draft a financial consent order for spousal maintenance. My spouse and I have already agreed on all the terms, so the task mainly involves formalizing our agreement.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in legal documentation, particularly related to financial consent orders
- Excellent understanding of spousal maintenance laws
- High attention to detail to ensure all agreed terms are accurately captured.
Here are the terms
Husband:
* will complete the payment of Rahma’s MSc LSE fees and associated costs e.g. mandarin lessons (£27,480; two installments have already been paid with one outstanding due on 28 April 2025);
* will pay the rent and associated costs (water, energy, internet and council tax) of Flat 6 Bombay Court until the 17 September 2025 ;
* will provide a one off payment of £1600 to Rahma on 26 January 2025;
* will provide a one off payment of £3000 by 30 April 2025;
* will provide a monthly payment of £1300 to Rahma on the 26th of each month from 26 February 2025 to 26 September 2025 inclusive ;
* will continue to pay for recurring costs currently in place e.g. Rahma’s mobile phone bill until October 2025;
* will keep Rahma on his health insurance plan until the divorce is finalised.
Wife:
* has no financial obligations to Mustafaen;
* must notify Mustafaen (via a third party) in the event she decides to vacate Flat 6 Bombay Court prior to the lease end date (17 October 2025).
Post-divorce:
* after the submission of the final divorce notice, both parties will both be free of further financial or other commitments to each other, allowing both parties to move forward with mutual respect.
