I'm seeking a language expert with a knack for localization and a skilled video editor to assist me with a project. The project involves translating a short video from English to neutral Latin American Spanish. Not only does the translation need to be culturally adjusted, but the video's graphics and titles also need to be translated.

Key responsibilities include:
- Translation & Localization: The video should be accurately translated and localized for a Spanish-speaking audience.
- Graphics & Titles Translation: All on-screen text, including graphics and titles, must be translated as well.
