English to Turkish translation

An experienced translator is required to translate a
Notary affidavit (file attached) from English to Turkish.
The translations should be in Word format.
The work should be ready on the prior project deadlines.
In addition, the attached statement must be signed, saved as a PDF file and sent back to us.
I may have questions about the job at the end, so I ask that you be available in "messages" also after work
