English to Swedish RFI Document Translation

I need a skilled translator to convert an RFI document from English into Swedish. The document is approximately 40 pages long and includes both technical diagrams and text. The document will be available for translation in the week commencing 26th August, and the deadline for submission is Friday 30th August.
