English to Spanish translator needed for construction related marketing materials -- 2

Looking for an experienced English to Spanish translator to translate technical, construction related marketing materials (product data sheets, installation instructions) for expansion joint products. We would like to develop a relationship with one or more translating professionals to provide this service on a one-time needed basis.

Requirements:
- Previous experience with translating technical marketing materials from English to Spanish
- Previous experience translating for the commercial construction industry
- Good communications skills to be able to discuss project requirements, review project results, and make corrections as needed
