English to Spanish translator

I self-published a children's picturebook in English that I would like translated into Spanish. The text is 1606 words and the front and back cover is 153 words. Please let me know what it would cost and how long it would take. The language should be appropriate for children aged 4-12. The translation should be as used in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba but not in Spain. Thank you.
