English to Spanish recorded translation

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional translator from English to Spanish to record a translation that is less than 10 minutes long. The recording should be in standard Spanish and doesn't need to be transcribed. This project is time sensitive and requires the highest quality audio. Any experience with voice-over recordings and Spanish dialects is a bonus, but not necessary.
