English - Romanian Subtitle Translator (Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Disney, etc)

Given the abysmal state of some of the subtitles, offered by Netflix in particular, in regards to the content in Romania, I would like to offer a better service in that regards so that Romanian customers would enjoy a perfect translation of said content offered by any streaming service operating in Romania at the moment.
I would say, based on my experience, that about 80-90% of the subtitles are portraying the correct translation and context of the English content, on Netflix's Romania service, while the rest do a great disservice to Netflix as a company and it's Romanian subscribers.
