English to Rohingya Translation

We are a translation company based out of the northeast United States, and we have a project consisting of 1 school file totaling of 981 English words. These need to be translated into Rohingya. The file is only in PDF format, which is a scan, so the freelancer needs to be comfortable with typing their translation into a fresh document. It is not excessive formatting--some paragraphs and a table. The content is a letter home to parents about their student in school.
