English to German translation of an Instruction Manual

I am looking for a skilled English to German translator to help me with translating an instruction manual. The manual has a word count ranging from 1000 to 5000 words. It contains specific technical terms and jargon that need to be accurately translated. The preferred tone for the translated manual is neutral.
Skills and Experience:

The english version of the instruction manual is already attached. There are two separate documents. (V8 and X2) Also attached are two documents for reference which have already translated certain software terms.
