English to German translater needed

Hello,
We are in search of native German speaker to convert 5 texts written in English to German. We are in search of someone with experience in translating texts manually and not using tools which do word for word translations.
Each texts has approximately 3000 words and would need to be translated in 48 hrs. This means every 48 hrs we would like you to deliver at least one text.
As for the rates, we open to discuss with you so please feel free to state how much you charge per word or per document.
