English to French Translator

I need the attached document containing Social Media content translating from English into French
Our business is NoID Solutions, https://noid.ltd We are a young startup developing privacy and security products.
Some text will not be translated and I expect the "word count" to be approx 7500 words. However, please check. This is the first of many translations so this is not a "one off" job. We are expanding our social media marketing and this project is to bring our French social postings "up to date". Once complete the following is required:
1. Monthly translation of a several hundred words of new postings.
2. Translation of product and other related materials
3. New website content postings
4. Video content postings
So, what I need is a superb price for the first project. In return I do not need it in "one go". Please deliver in stages to suit your availability. This can be discussed.
The document has a format which must be retained. Each posting starts with a "date", followed by an optional image name, a title, a description and finishes with a single line of hashtags
Requirements
1. French must be your "mother tongue" and your primary language.
2. Google translate or similar amateur translation methods must not be used. You may use professional translation tools but you must proofread "as a human" and make sure points 3-6 are followed.
3. Do not change the document format.
4. Do not change the dates or translate the image names.
5. Do not translate hashtags. Once this project is complete there will be a separate task where all hashtags are translated (paid separately).
6. Do not insert blank lines or add lines, please replace existing text.
