English to Chinese Translation (mainland China)

I would like a price for someone who is fluent in chinese and english to translate an email about property purchase from english to chinese. the email will be between 250 to 500 words approx. you are welcome to quote per word. ideally someone who has done this before and reviews to prove they are able to translate fluently and properly from both languages.
