English to Arabic

I'm looking for an experienced translator to help me with my project involving the translation of English to Arabic. I'm not sure if I have existing material to use as a reference but the final deliverable should be in PDF format. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of both English and Arabic as well as a solid understanding of translation techniques. Any experience with localization would be a plus as well.
