I have a set of educational documents written in English that need to be accurately translated while preserving their instructional tone and clarity. Because these files are used in a learning environment, consistency of terminology and smooth, age-appropriate phrasing are essential.
You will receive the original PDFs and Word files; I’ll also pass along any existing glossaries or style notes. Once translated, the text should be returned in the same layout so our design team can drop it straight into the final material. A quick proofreading pass for typos and formatting glitches is part of the job.
If you regularly work with CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ, or Smartcat, that’s a plus—especially for maintaining uniform terminology across multiple chapters. Please let me know which language pair you handle, your turnaround time for roughly 10,000 words, and a brief example of previous educational translations you’ve completed.
