Data Search and Report Automation

I am looking for a solution that can run on a windows server. Task: to emulate a browser (or control chromium or other local browser) that searches for keywords I specify, in a given country, through a given proxy (e.g. nord VPN). If the conditions I specify are met and there is a match, a form with the appropriate data is filled out and sent. I need to be able to set multiple countries. E.g. first round search in Finland, Finnish proxy, Finnish language, Finnish keywords. Second round same with different country settings. But the form is always the same, where have to send the found data.
