DVB-S2 Real-Time Subtitle Translation System

I need a translation protocol and server to translate subtitles in real-time for a DVB-S2 (Digital Video Broadcasting - Satellite - Second Generation) system.

Requirements:
- Translate text files (TXT format) into any language, including:
- Commonly spoken languages (e.g., English, Spanish, French)
- Asian languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
- Other language families

- Process subtitles constantly (real-time translation) for integration or transmission with the DVB-S2 broadcast stream.
