Create a logo

I need a logo for a company I'm launching. 20Plus Capital is a real estate investment firm that pools investor's money to purchase cash flowing Real Estate. The general theme of the brand can be described simply as "Mailbox Money". I.e. you put money in and the next thing that happens is you get regular checks in the mail with out having to worry about the hassle of managing the underlying Real assets. The logo should include the name of the company and some graphics that resemble real estate structures/buildings/houses and/or a mailbox. Use your creative freedom to make a super cool logo that captures the theme. I've attached examples similar companies' logos.
