Conversational Business Translation: Argentine Spanish-English

I'm seeking a bilingual translator with a strong understanding of both English and Argentine Spanish to assist posting for a Javascript Developer on job websites in Argentina that attract programmers. The ideal candidate should be able to easily converse with me and Argentine Spanish should be their first language.

Key requirements include:
- Conversational fluency in English and native speaker of Argentine Spanish
- Familiar with job sites in Argentina
- Ability to research other sites which may be good to post on.
- Ability to create some introductory language for the posting in Spanish, but the actual job posting is in English
- Knowledge of Argentine laws around consulting for foreign companies a big plus
