Contract sales consultant needed with connections to Property Management or Insurance Agencies

We are based in Florida, USA and are looking for a Spanish to English translator who resides in Cancun to assist in coordinating tasks with local Architect and Real Estate Agent to remodel our warehouse near the Hotel Zone. The ideal candidate will have strong translation skills as well as coordination experiences real estate projects. Responsibilities include translating email, texts, documents, facilitating communication between parties, and ensuring tasks are completed according to the client's requirements. The translator must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently. Fluent Spanish and English language skills are required. Site visits to make sure work is being completed will also be necessary, taking photos, and sending them back. Also when we visit Cancun to sign contracts and speak to the agents and/or any party, accompany us in these meetings
