I already placed a booking at a café in Tokyo and want absolute peace of mind before I arrive. Your job is to pick up the phone, speak fluent Japanese with the staff, and make sure my reservation is still on their books exactly as I made it.
What you will receive from me:

What I need from you:
1. Call the café during its business hours and confirm the details.
2. Note the name or position of the person you spoke with and anything else they mention (e.g., updated policies, seating changes).
3. Send me a short written summary in English immediately after the call.
If the line is busy or the staff asks you to call back, one follow-up attempt is expected. Everything should be wrapped up within 24 hours of acceptance. Simple, quick task for a native-level Japanese speaker who is comfortable handling a polite phone conversation.
