Comprehensive Multi-Lingual Document Translation-Interpretation -- 3

I am looking for skillful translators/virtual interpreters with a USA Phone number capabilities, fast internet (no latency) to convert a large assortment of documents from English to several language pairs. The translations include languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Nepali, Amharic, Chinese, Russian, and others. Moreover, the ability to provide Desktop Publishing (DTP) services is a vital requirement.
This is a a one year long commitment for continuous work. The scope of documents that need translating encompasses legal papers, technical manuals, medical and general content. Thus, experience in technical, medical and legal translation is highly crucial. specifically HIPPA compliance with PHI-PII compliance required.
The statement of work includes but not limited to:
----Translations and transcreations will include but are not limited to documents and other written or printed materials, web documentation, websites and other digital tools, alternative text (alt text), video captioning, and voiceovers.
---Health and/or health insurance industry expertise.
---Contractor shall provide localized, culturally competent, plain language interpretation and translation by native language interpreters and translators with health and/or health insurance industry expertise.
---No computer-generated or artificial intelligence (AI) translations will be accepted.
---Contractor shall provide content that meets 6th grade reading literacy levels on member and provider-facing materials.
---Contractor shall provide a translation and content management system and/or online portal to ensure consistent terminology, embed quality improvement, reduce overhead and turnaround time, and improve and track the request process.
Interpreters must be available from 8 am to 5 pm US CST

- Please give a detailed project proposal outlining per word rate for the specific pair, for:
-----General translation
-----Technical translation
------Rush orders if there is a price difference and turn around time
- Highlight your past work, particularly in legal and technical areas.
- Showcase your expertise in the languages stated above.
- Be able to provide virtual remote /phone interpreting for the different pairs including technical interpretations
