Composing position translator

I am looking for an experienced composer with experience in transcribing and translating multiple foreign languages into English. I am creating a program that requires translations of multiple languages in an audio format. The composer must be able to accurately recognize various sounds and transcribe the translations into meaningful audio in an organized way. The translator must be able to understand and translate at least 3 different languages in addition to English and produce the output results in an audio format. The program must also be user-friendly, allowing for quick and seamless integration with existing software and hardware.
