Commercial Architectural Design & English-to-English Translation

I'm in need of a skilled architect and translator to assist with two key aspects of my project:

Commercial Architecture Design:
- You're expected to design a commercial building according to the brief I'll provide. The design should be contemporary, practical, and in line with industry standards.
- Experience with commercial projects is essential, as is a good understanding of how to plan around the needs of a business space.

English-to-English Translation (Proofreading):
- The translation work involves translating a set of documents from English to English. It's important that the essence, tone, and message of the documents are retained.
- I need someone who is proficient in English and has a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Previous experience in translation is preferred.
