Chinese Mainland Graphic Design Vendor Agent

I'm in need of an agent who can help facilitate conversations with graphic designers present in mainland China.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in communication with various graphic design vendors
- Facilitate negotiations
- Help to ensure clear understanding and smooth conversations

Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese simplified,both written and spoken
- Experience in using Taobao,wechat
-communication and negotiation skills

Must have wechat and whatsapp/skype ID.
