Call Quality Analyst (Thai/ Malai/ Mandarin/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Swahili/ Twi/ German/ French/ Italian & Romansh)

I am looking to hire a Call Quality Analyst for Nibav and Elite home Lifts which is Elevator Manufacturing and selling company. We require a candidate who knows Thai/ Malai/ Mandarin/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Swahili/ Twi/ German/ French/ Italian & Romansh languages, or is fluent in any one of the languages, so as to be able to understand and communicate effectively at this position. The ideal candidate should ideally have some entry-level experience in a similar role, but we are willing to consider candidates with varying levels of experience. The successful candidate will be here help us identify and address any customer service or quality related issues.
