Book translation: Urdu to English

I would like to translate my novel from Urdu to English. It is about 150 pages of a regular book size or 120 pages of a pdf fie. I am interested to get it translated into English from Urdu with its maximum literary sense. The target readers are North Americans so translator should be aware of their literary reading taste.
