Azerbaijani Writer and Speaker Needed

As an Azerbaijani individual, I'm in need of a professional who can write and speak in Azerbaijani fluently.

I have a project that requires a native Azerbaijani speaker, and I need someone who can write in both Azerbaijani and English.

The ideal candidate should have:
