Audio Transcription & Translation from Turkish to English

I need a transcription and translation of a 1-hour audio conversation from Turkish to English. The audio file is around 94 MB and in m4a format.

The final deliverable should be a Word document with the following structure:
- The left side containing the original Turkish conversation.
- The right side containing the English translation.

This document is intended for double-checking the translation, so the layout is crucial. The work is relatively straightforward and can be aided by AI tools, but I expect the output to be highly readable. As a native English speaker, I will assess the quality.

Please note:
- There's one opportunity for rework if needed.
- The final deliverable is due in 12 hours after we agree on the time for me to upload the audio. Any rework will require an additional 12 hours from my response.
- Any inaudible or unclear parts of the audio should be flagged for review.
