Audio Transcription/Translation from Cebuano/Bisayan to English

I have 14 audio files ranging from 10 to 60 minutes that require transcription and translation for a documentary film. These are interviews and documentary footage conducted in a mix of Cebuano and English. The parts that are in Cebuano require transcription into English. I would also like these timestamped.

I have the files in .wav format.
