Article written document from English to Arabic language translation books writing in Arabic tongue translation

Hello everyone I'm running an article writing document course, and I will like to hire a language an Arabic language to translate the words with original language that will be use in sold out in books shop in the Arabic students language.
And I would like the translator to carry out translation with the following precautions
1 proper modifications of words
2 breaking down of high vocabulary to simple vocabulary British English into Arabic tongue
3 simplification of words (general human translation in articles writing Arabic language)
Note: translating application software's not permitted to carry out the job because we want quality results in this translation.
