Arabic dialect transcriber needed

Hello everyone we're in collaboration with some publishing company which specialise on publishing books, blogs and websites etc. We're seeking to expand and publish our books across diverse languages and backgrounds, so we're seeking for native Arabic speakers to hire for the translation of our books, articles with English grammatical content form English to Arabic. We need 100% efficient translation service because These websites will be visited by Arabic native and only there they can have access to these books in their local language so the translator should be experienced and need to be familiar with the computer operating system and most importantly we do not accept Google translation to carry-out this processes.
