Arabic to English Translation

I have a 20 page document in Arabic that I need to have quickly translated, today, getting it back by 8:00 am Friday, eastern time (New York time), 19 hours from now. It is approximately 11,000 words, probably 8 pages of text. It is only for internal use so can be a quick web-based translation with general edits on a re-read. It doesn't have to be perfect as it's not for external use. It is in pdf format with a save as word doc, so I can't confirm that word version is completely accurate. If you are interested let me know. I will forward the document. I expect a firm cost proposal from this information. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, you don't need to respond.
