App translation into Chinese (Mainland)

We have an app (mobile & web) which is used by airports for weather condition reporting. We'd like this localised into Chinese (it is currently available in English, German, French and a couple of other European languages). It is not a huge amount to translate (~450 phrases/2000 words) but some of it is quite technical / domain-specific and may require some research to do properly. We are available for Q&A along the way. We will require you to also verify the localisation in the app, making sure that it makes sense in context. We are looking for native Chinese speakers only. We will not accept machine translation. :)
