App expansion in Europe

We have build an app in France that we are currently scaling to other countries in Europe. We have translated all the app content as well as our customers coms in English and are now looking to translate everything in Spanish, German and Dutch.
We are looking for a one off translation of all of our content (doc attached) and, if the fit is right on each side, we would also require ongoing assistance to translate changes as we go.
