transcribers for Cebaara Senoufo language

I'm looking for a talented transcriber who is proficient in the Cebaara Senoufo language. The audio/video I have is less than 30 minutes in length and the transcription must include time-stamping. I do not need the transcription to be translated, but only in the original language. My ideal candidate will have experience with transcribing spoken language and have a strong knowledge of Cebaara Senoufo.
