I need a transcription of a podcast

I have a podcast of 2 and a half hours. There are 3 people in my podcast and I need an audio transcription of the whole podcast. The person who does the transcription needs to be natively British or Irish as the language used in the podcast is very specific to the UK/Irish dialect.
