I need a transcriber

I need the audio trascribed for use in a court case. I have a rough machine translation that can be used to adjust and save time. I also have a partial translation of the first part of it. There is over an hour of audio but I do nto need all of it and can tell the transcriber where to stop. The files are over the 25MB size this system will allow me to upload.
