I need someone to transcribe my interviews for me

I need someone to transcribe my interviews accurately and efficiently. Each interview typically lasts more than an hour, and I have 6-10 of them that need to be transcribed. All of the interviews are conducted in English, so fluency in the language is a must. Ideally, the individual should be highly organized and have strong attention to detail, as well as having experience in transcription. This project needs to be completed by a specific date, so time management skills are essential.
