I need a Dogri language transcriptionist

I am looking for an experienced transcriptionist who can transcribe a Dogri language audio or video that is 30 minutes to 1 hour long, with some background noise. Timestamps are not required for this job. The transcriptionist must be fluent in Dogri and have experience handling audio or video files. The successful candidate will deliver a completed transcription upon project completion. The transcription will be done using devnagari script on LOFT software.
